Competition Date Announced!
The 2nd Annual BC CrossFit Olympic Lifting Competition hosted by CrossFit North Vancouver and the BCWA has been announced for February 4th, 2012. Once again it will be an all day event taking place at Semiahmoo High School in White Rock. This year we look to add food vendors, music, and if there are enough lifters we may have two platforms.
We are very excited about this year after last year’s successful competition with 55 lifters. We would like to have 80 plus lifters this year and be the biggest O-Lifting Event in the West!
